This is a lovely 1970s Coalport china brooch. The brooch has lovely detailed yellow roses with a blue forget-me-not.It measures 3cm x 4cm.All my items are sent carefully and beautifully wrapped. The Coalport China factory, founded in 1795, was the first porcelain factory in the Ironbridge Gorge, England. In 1926 production moved to Staffordshire, the traditional centre of the ceramics industry in Britain, and, although the Coalport name was retained as a brand, in 1967 the company became part of the Wedgwood group. Please note:Every item in my shop is either vintage or antique and has been worn or used before. Therefore, items will show wear commensurate with age and they are described as accurately as possible. Please note: All items will have been cleaned, where practical prior to despatch. If you purchase earrings for wear it will be wise to clean the metal part carefully to avoid damaging any stones.
